  I brought my grandson to the moody location on Saturday to celebrate his acceptance in college, we arrived around three, it was about three fifteen before our server took our drink orders and we asked for rolls about ten minutes later she brought two rolls and our drinks which should have been Dr. Pepper but was both Cokes. We both ordered steaks and asked for rolls and napkins, after about fifteen more minutes she brought two more rolls, no napkins at this point we asked another sever to correct drink orders which she was very nice and did she sent over manager who asked what was going on we explained and she said she would handle and that we could have a free desert if we wanted which was nice but we didnt accept the offer, finally got steaks his was great mine was burned up at this point just paid and took steak home to feed dog, very disappointing i dont know that i will ever go back there, tables around us including ours not clean

  I took my daughter out for dinner for her birthday. She has been talking about Logan's roadhouse for dinner. She was so excited about ordering steak and ribs. When our food came out to the table we noticed the ribs were burnt to a crisp. The steak was order medium well and it was pouring blood. The waitress and manager assist the situation very well but my daughter was let down. We did not finish the meal. We payed and left the restaurant. We did leave a good tip because our waitress was so nice. I hope the cooks start paying more attention to the tickets . This will cause more unhappy costumers in the future. This is also my 3rd bad experience at this location within a month.

  I've never given anywhere 1 star. I understand things happen. We went in, the kid working as a host came back with two sets of silverware (there was three of us) and said we are out of silverware. Afterwards we order. My girlfriend got the chicken and macaroni. The sever comes back they are out of macaroni. She orders a potato. Almost an hour later our food comes out and the server laughs and says he got the last potato and walks off. This place is managed worse than Hillary Clinton's emails. I won't be back to that location. It's ran by clueless teenagers.

  If I could give the restaurant a 0/5 rating, I would. My family and I came in on Saturday night (3/25) for dinner. Everything was pretty nice in the beginning with prompt service and a great waiter. Our food came, but didn't look appetizing at all. The major concern was my dad's plate not even having a serving of rice. His plate looked very skimpy. Also, my mom ordered soup, but it took them at least 10 minutes to bring a spoon and my boyfriend's food was extremely salty! In all, my dad was offered free cheesecake which didn't make sense to me because he could have just actually gotten more rice. Nevertheless, that was our first and LAST trip there!

  Food was great, but service was not good. Entrees came out and we still didn't have our salads. We had to ask to get our salads afterwards and then the server proceeded to lie to us about the reason he not not brought them out and then asked, "you really still want your salad?".
  Logan's is one of my favorite restaurants, I just feel that they need to train their servers better at this location.
