  Last time I ate there was 3yrs ago. I noticed the prices were ringing up higher than posted on the board and pointed it out to cashier who told me to go for myself. When I asked for the customer service number he gave me a fake number that cusses you out when you call it. I went in the next day to speak to the manager. He told me to come back at lunch for a free meal. I heard the manager say to the person on the grill the b is here. I look and the cashier from the night before was on the grill. I don't think so!

  Wanted a burger. Have the Star Rewards app, which has coupons. Didn't work, so the guy went to get a manager. Meanwhile another employee tried to help and cleared the screen on my phone, which redeemed the coupon for good. The manager wanted to see the coupon, but it showed as redeemed. She couldn't apply the coupon so she just gave us the difference in cash. Meh.
